Jamie Welch

Background

Born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, Jamie brings deeply rooted Midwestern values, strong advocacy skills, and strategic insight to every case. Her passion for advocacy began early while competing on the policy debate team at Wichita State University, where she developed a talent for analyzing complex issues and crafting clear, persuasive arguments. That foundation naturally led her to pursue a career in law.

Jamie specializes in complex litigation and represents clients in a broad spectrum of civil matters in state and federal courts across Kansas and Missouri, including employment disputes, business and commercial litigation, civil rights claims, and personal injury litigation. Known for her aggressive advocacy, she is a dependable and confident voice for her clients both inside and outside the courtroom.

While Jamie is a skilled litigator and trial attorney, she understands that the best outcome for her clients is not always achieved through prolonged litigation. She regularly pursues opportunities for early resolution through targeted motion practice, strategic settlement discussions, and mediation when appropriate. Jamie always prioritizes her clients’ goals and works to achieve outcomes that protect their interests while avoiding unnecessary cost, delay, or disruption.

Jamie resides in Olathe, Kansas, where she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their three pets.
